Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward mails from one mailbox to another, finetune e-mail filters, create autoresponders and guard your e-mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mailbox account you wish to redirect messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the email client of your liking to access your email accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
